C. William "Bill" Griffin, Chairman of the Board

Bill Griffin is Executive Vice President and Senior Managing Director of Fidelity National Financial. In this role, Bill helps lead Fidelity’s efforts to deliver its end-to-end solutions to the country’s largest financial institutions. Because of his leadership in and knowledge of the mortgage industry, Bill has served on the Board of Directors for the Mortgage Bankers Association since 2013.

 

Steven Stice, PhD, Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer

Dr. Steve Stice is Co-Founder and Chief Scientific Officer of ArunA Biomedical, Inc, where he directs the company’s clinical and research operations. He is also University of Georgia, DW Brooks Distinguished Professor and Director of the Regenerative Bioscience Center, and holds a Georgia Research Alliance Eminent Scholar endowed chair.

 

Darren W. DeVore, Director (service since 2015)

Darren W. DeVore serves Managing Partner of Broad Pine Investments, the holding company for various private equity and venture capital activities. Broad Pine maintains investments in several businesses including The Carroll Organization, one of the country's leading privately held real estate companies focused on multifamily investment, management, and development. Other investments include Terra Partners, a private equity company focused on acquisition and management of logistics businesses within the FedEx system and Battle Investment Group, a private equity firm operating in the North American defense/security, government and industrial markets.

 

Harold "Bud" Ingalls

Mr. Ingalls brings over 40 years of financial leadership to ArunA and during his career he has served in the capacity of chief financial officer for nearly two decades. Most recently, Mr. Ingalls served as Chief Financial Officer of SeraCare Life Sciences a private life sciences tools company focused on diagnostic products. Prior to this he served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at CardioMEMS, where he played a key role in the organization’s transformation, directly supervising accounting operations and overseeing all compliance issues. This led to the completion of two private financing rounds totaling over $45.0 million with venture capitalists and strategic investors. From 2001 to 2006, Mr. Ingalls served as the Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer of Serologicals Corporation where he helped increase enterprise value by almost $1.0 billion as the result of strong organic growth, successful acquisitions and stringent cost control. Prior to his work with Serologicals, he was employed as President and Chief Financial Officer of LaRoche Industries, Inc. Mr. Ingalls is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He received a BBA degree in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin.

Mason “Skip” Irving, III

Skip has spent more than 35 years advising companies on business strategy, technology commercialization, R&D planning, and mergers and acquisitions in the biotech, pharmaceutical and medical products industry.

 

Russell C. Lindner, Director (service since 2017)

Rusty Lindner is Executive Chairman and CEO of The Forge Company, a private Washington, DC- based transportation holding company whose principal operating units are Colonial Parking, Inc. (DC) and The Washington Boat Lines.  Mr. Lindner also serves as the CEO of PortfolioFirst Parking Solutions, an international parking asset management firm founded in 2001, as well as of Bear Saint Properties, a Washington, DC commercial real estate investment firm.

 

John Mangan, Jr., Director (service since 2016)

John F. Mangan, Jr. has been active in the U.S. money management and securities industry for over 35 years. He is currently the CEO of JFM Capital, a Charlotte NC based private investment firm with interests in the capital markets and in several private businesses. From 1999 to 2007, Mangan was founder/CEO/CIO of Mangan McColl Partners, LLC, a US alternative asset manager that managed over $1.4B. The firm specialized in US equity investing, merger arbitrage, and distressed investing. From 1992-2000 he was Executive Vice President at Friedman, Billings, Ramsey (FBR) in Washington, DC. He was also Managing Director of Friedman, Billings, Ramsey Investment Management. Mangan began his money management career managing FBR Arbitrage, LLC in 1998. Mr. Mangan spent  (1990-1991) with Cassidy & Pinkard, Inc., a leading commercial real estate firm in the investment sales division. Mr. Mangan began his career in 1983 as an analyst in corporate finance at Smith Barney, Inc (NY) and became a Vice President in Capital Markets (1986) working in both the equity capital markets and derivative divisions (1983-1990).

 

Barry L. Storey, Director (service since 2016)

Barry L. Storey is the Principal of BLS Holdings Group, LLC, an Augusta, Georgia-based company with the primary focus of managing a portfolio of retail real estate properties and various alternative assets. Prior to January 2015, he was the Co-Founding Partner of Hull Storey Gibson Companies, LLC, a retail acquisition and development real estate company founded in 1992 that owned and operated over 13 million square feet of retail strip centers and enclosed mall properties in the Southeast. Prior to 1992, Mr. Storey worked as a project manager in the Mall Development Division for CBL & Associates Properties, Inc. in Chattanooga, Tennessee and as a real estate manager for NTS Development Corporation in Louisville, Kentucky. Mr. Storey holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Georgia, is a trustee of the University of Georgia Foundation and the immediate past Chair of the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business Dean’s Advisory Council.
